Is a Bump Stock Even Legal?

IMPORTANT NOTE: A couple months after the 2017 mass shooting in Las Vegas, the legal classification of bump stocks has changed. On December 18th, 2019 the ATF ruled that bump stocks are “machine guns” and therefor regulated by the National Firearms Act. The new rules went into effect on March 26th, 2019 requiring owners to either destroy or turn in their bump stocks to the ATF. We vehemently disagree with this determination and encourage you to make your pro-gun voice heard in the polls.
